Founder of AITAI Technology:

·1982–1991 – Engaged in wear and lubrication monitoring at Guangzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, laying the foundation for China’s oil-fluid testing technology and market services.
·1996 – Received a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, Australia.
·1996–2000 – Served as Chief Technical Specialist for lubrication projects at BHP Steel, Australia.
·2001–2005 – Chief Global Mining Lubrication Technology Consultant for BHP Billiton, the world’s largest mining company; concurrently served as a Professor-level Research Engineer at the Maintenance Technology Institute of Monash University.
·2011 – Appointed Chief Lubrication Expert for the CNPC–Beijing Jiaotong University Joint Laboratory for High-Speed Railway Bearing Lubrication.

·1990–2005 – Project Lead for overseas programs, Factory 475, China North Industries Group.
·2006–2015 – Technical Director, 3R Corporation.
·2015–2023 – Technical Director, Shenzhen AITAI All-Excellent Lubrication Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.
