The Precision Oil Purifier Series (CS, CS Anti-Corrosion, and EX Explosion-proof ) are equipped with Japan 3R ultra-precision filters that remove solid contaminants, moisture, oil film, and air bubbles from lubricants. Filtration accuracy reaches β3=929, achieving NAS 5–7 cleanliness in a single pass, with a maximum level of NAS 3.

The Intelligent Oil Purifier Series (IOP, IOM) are equipped with Japan 3R ultra-precision filters that remove solid contaminants, moisture, oil film, and air bubbles from lubricants. Filtration accuracy reaches β3=929, achieving NAS 5–7 cleanliness in a single pass, with a maximum level of NAS 3.

The IOP series features filter saturation shutdown and phase sequence protection, while the IOM series adds real-time oil cleanliness (NAS or ISO) monitoring, ultrasonic debubbles, and oil temperature alarm functions.

The Vacuum–Centrifugal Oil Purifier Series (GT Centrifugal, TRVS Vacuum, and LZH Vacuum-Centrifugal Composite) uses centrifugal separation to remove solid contaminants, moisture, and air  bubbles from lubricants, achieving highly efficient filtration without consumables.

The vacuum structure can remove a large amount of moisture and air bubbles without heating lubricating oil, and optional filter elements can also remove solids and oil film at the same time.

The economy filtered oil filling cart (SS material) and the hign-end filtered oil filling cart (SU304 material) are designed for lubricant filling operations in lube stations. Each unit is equipped with a precision filter element to ensure clean oil delivery and prevent contamination.

This series features pressure difference and filter saturation alarm and automatic shutdown, as well as strong corrosion resistance, compact size, and easy operation.
