Details

Pre-filter
Removes large particles before the oil reaches main components. Protects the pump and fine filters to ensure smooth oil flow and extend equipment life.
Regeneration Filter Unit
Utilizes specialized spherical ion-exchange resin elements to absorb acid compounds and dissolved metal ions (Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Al). It continuously reduces the acid value, recovers high electrical resistivity, and inhibits varnish and sludge formation without generating water or causing secondary contamination.
Ultra-Precision Filter Unit
Uses a high-efficiency 3-layer depth element (beta3 = 929) to catch fine particles, oxidation products, and moisture. Cleans oil to NAS Class 3–6 in a single pass for maximum purity.
Dehydration Unit
An active headspace management system (TMR-N2) that converts compressed air into ultra-clean, dry nitrogen (up to 98% purity). By continuously flushing the oil reservoir headspace, it actively strips free and dissolved moisture, oxygen, and airborne particulate contaminants out of the fluid.
