Lubrication Management Expert

From August 14 to 16, 2024, AITAI Technology was invited to attend the 10th China Steel Industry Chain Procurement Cooperation Conference for New Equipment, New Technology, and New Materials. The conference focused on supply chain cooperation, equipment upgrading, and practical technology applications for the steel industry.

Steel production depends on reliable equipment working under heavy load, high temperature, dust, and continuous operation. Under these conditions, industrial oil is not only a consumable but also a key factor affecting equipment life, production safety, and maintenance efficiency.

As a full oil lubrication management expert, AITAI shared its practical understanding of oil system protection in steel plants. Our work covers oil purification, oil cleanliness control, oil condition evaluation, and lubrication management support for hydraulic systems, rolling mill equipment, gearboxes, and centralized lubrication systems.
