Lubrication Management Expert

From August 14 to 16, 2024, AITAI Technology was invited to attend the 2024 Steel Oil-Saving Technology and Equipment Lubrication Management Conference, held at Shangri-La Hotel, Tangshan, Hebei Province. Hosted by the Metallurgical Industry International Cooperation Service Center of the China Association of Plant Engineering, the event focused on “low carbon, energy saving, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.”

As the steel industry continues to move toward greener and more efficient production, oil-saving technology and scientific lubrication management are becoming increasingly important. AITAI joined industry experts and steel enterprise representatives to discuss how better oil management can support energy conservation, emission reduction, and stable equipment operation.

For AITAI, oil-saving is not simply about using less oil. It is about keeping industrial oil in a healthier working condition for a longer period of time. In steel production, high-load equipment and long operating cycles often accelerate oil aging, contamination buildup, and lubrication performance decline. These issues can increase oil consumption, energy loss, and maintenance frequency.

At the conference, AITAI emphasized a more scientific approach to lubrication management: identify oil problems earlier, improve oil quality through targeted purification, and help plants make maintenance decisions based on real oil condition rather than fixed replacement habits.

This approach fits closely with the conference theme of low carbon, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. By supporting cleaner oil circulation and more reasonable oil use, AITAI helps steel enterprises reduce waste, improve equipment operating efficiency, and move toward greener production management.
